The flagship store of Epicentr K chain has opened in Kyiv. Space includes the Food Market grocery supermarket with an area of 3000 sq.m. with its own food court for more than 100 seats where customers can have a meal with freshly prepared dishes of Spanish, Italian or Japanese cuisine. Hitline has acted as a manufacturer and supplier of commercial refrigeration furniture for this large-scale project.
The design of the supermarket is inspired by the architect Gaudi and designed by artists in Spanish coloristics. Each department is decorated with a variety of LED-illuminated panels that simulate natural textures or mosaics. Warm tones of decor and a combination of muted artificial and soft natural lighting create a siesta atmosphere for visitors.
“Yukon MH 200 LTO” low-temperature energy-efficient counters with panoramic glazing are supporting the freshness of frozen products, form island areas in the trading room.
Exposure of fresh fruits and vegetables is provided in “Missouri MC 090 deli VF PP/self” and “Missouri MC 110 deli VF PP/self” counters – models with a wooden demonstration surface equipped with retractable cooled boxes for storing goods and quick replenishment of the layout.
The food market represents wide range of food products. For meat gastronomy and delicacies Hitline staged “Missouri MS 120 deli OS” counters with solid-bent glass without additional supports which provides excellent visibility.
Seafood on ice is shown in a promotional counter with cooled surface layout “Virginia AK 132 ice self“. The surfaces of the counter are made of stainless steel.
Dairy products, sausages, drinks are presented in multideck cabinets with energy-saving doors – “Indiana MV 080 MTD,” and “Louisiana eco MSV 105 MTD” semi-vertical counters.
To demonstrate popular products «Virginia AI 120 deli self» promotional medium-temperature counter with two levels of cooled product laying and «Virginia AC 120 deli self» with panoramic side glazing are installed.
For the department where fresh sushi and pizza in an authentic wood oven are prepared “Missouri MC 120 sushi/pizza 2 OS” refrigerated counters are installed. “Missouri NC 120 tureen OS” is a module equipped with heated gastronorme pans and electric soup pots for distributing hot first dishes.
For salads and specialties “Missouri MC 120 deli salads OS” is provided with two rows of gastronorme pans. The neutral module “Missouri NC 120 OS” installed in the island zone is a concise solution for calculating customers. These models of counters are made in cubic design, equipped with solid-bent glazing.
The confectionery department forms a line of “Missouri cascade self 130 DLM” counters with a cascade lay-out of sweets for self-service, “Missouri MC 120 patisserie PS” and “Missouri MC 120 patisserie СН SP 090 DLM” in cubic design which provides high level of accommodation. Maximum convenience of service is achieved with the help of slide-out pallets of the demonstration part.
