The first year of operation of the Epicentr chain in food retail was marked by the opening of a new food market in Poltava. The supermarket became the 15th store, comprehensively equipped with Hitline units.
This time the retailer created a large food-court and culinary department for cooking dishes fit any taste, the basis for which was “Missouri MC 100″ line.
For Japanese, Italian cuisine enthusiasts the food court disposes specialized counters “Missouri MC 100 sushi/pizza L” for pizza, sushi and salads cooking and sales and “Missouri MC 100 salads L” with gastro containers for ingredients. In neutral modules there are “Missouri NC 100 FS L” frying surfaces for heating finished dishes installed.
“Missouri MC 100 deli L” and “Missouri MC 120 cascade self” cooling counters are installed in a single line with neutral modules for coffee and cash equipment and products lay-out that does not require cooling.
The island has a specialized counter for confectionery “Missouri MC 100 patisserie PS” in cubic design. The design of the counter provides a high exposure surface for the best view of sweets.
“Missouri MS 120 deli OS” refrigeration counters form an island for the sale of meat products and delicacies in the trading space. The maximum view of the products in the counters was achieved due to the use of seamless-U glasses without brackets and backlight plates.
