Hitline has delivered equipment for 5 new stores of the actively developing VARUS retail chain. The updated concept and interior design of new stores was developed by JDV (the Netherlands) and focuses on the increased comfort of foodcourt and retail areas for customers.
One of the opened supermarkets is equipped with energy-efficient counters “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 deli PS M” with maximum depth of 960 mm. For the sale of gastronomic products counters line with radial corner elements for the counterside marketing and a self module for self-service are installed.
Decorative panels made of wood, stainless steel and ceramic tiles on the counters harmonize with accents and details of the interior design of the supermarket.
The fish department is equipped with “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 LT PS M” counters with a special temperature mode -8… -4 ºС and “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 fish self M“ with an internal volume made of stainless steel for fish on ice exposure. The front facing panels are also made of stainless steel.
In the area of VARUS CAFE there is a line of counters with a specialized module for pizza preparation. The working surface of the counters is made of polished stone and is equipped with cooled gastronorme pans for ingredients. The smooth lines and radial shapes of this zone are expressed in the angular radial element “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 cascade M” with a cascade layout for the finished packaged products. Ready-to-eat products are presented for the customer in “Missouri сold diamond MC 126 deli PS M” counter. To maintain the temperature of hot dishes, a heating module “Missouri NC 120 heat VS PS” with a ceramic heating element and a temperature mode of + 30… + 45 °С is installed.
Poultry meat sales are organized in the supermarket in a specially designed combined counter “Alaska combi MHV 110 MT D/C” with a temperature range 0… + 4 °С. For ease of loading and maintenance of the lower volume a sliding panel with an air-cooled tray for laying the product is provided on the front side of the customer. The tray with guides on the wheels is extended by 650 mm, which allows you to install gastronorme pans or wired baskets with goods. The lower part of the counters is equipped with bent energy-saving glass modules with Push-Pull system. For maximum product overview, a panoramic double-chamber glazing with energy-efficient coating is installed.
For frozen products combined counters “Alaska combi MHV 110 LT MT D/C” with two separate cooled volumes are installed.
Drinks and popular packaged products are presented in the lines of multideck cabinets “Louisiana MV 105 MT D” with energy-saving hinged doors. A smooth closing system with a door check is installed in the doors and a narrow profile system makes the product as open as possible to the customer.
