EDEA – largest hypermarket project in Bulgaria which brings together huge investigation experience of the best European markets. Hypermarket doesn’t have any analogue projects not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkan region.
Hitline has manufactured and supplied commercial refrigerated, freezing, thermal and neutral equipment which were customized to the necessities of this object applying energy efficient technologies. All supplied equipment meets requirements and standards of the EU.
During the last two years Hitline has been increasing export into EU countries and supply its equipment to the small and medium-sized stores. EDEA became new object of the hypermarket format for our company.

The popular departments of any store are the fresh meat, sausages, deli meats, salads and cheeses. For the EDEA Hitline supplied a line of display units “Missouri” which were applied for all four department of the hypermarket.
For selling a meat we provided special refrigerated displays cases “Missouri M Meat” which are equipped with static cooling system and additional cooling pallet. For the convenience of cutting meat the neutral module “Missouri M N CB PS” are embed in a line. Fresh whole pieces of meat are demonstrating for the buyer on hooks in the refrigerated display case “Missouri M Crystal”.
We supplied “Missouri M” and “Missouri M Crystal Combi” for selling a wide assortment of deli meats and sausages. Storage of products in the seller’s area is provided by a wall display “Louisiana D”.
Excellent vision at a salads and olives is provided by the refrigerated displays “Missouri M”.
The place of selling cheeses is equipped with refrigerated displays “Missouri M” and “Missouri Cascade” which are connected with the non-standard neutral module “Missouri M N”.
Fish department are equipped with the units of “Missouri M” line. There are specialized display for selling a fish on the ice “Missouri fish”, low-temperature display “Missouri M LT” and a neutral module for the aquarium.
Plug-in island “Missouri cold diamond island A” is the accent zone in the hypermarket which attract customer’s attention.
Complex decision for the different products type became applying energy efficient wall showcases “Louisiana” and “Louisiana D”
A real attraction for the sweet tooth became the patisserie department with the great assortment of cakes and desserts which equipped with “Missouri M patisserie” and “Missouri M Patisserie CH” showcases.
The culinary department of the hypermarket is equipped with refrigerated showcases of the “Missouri M” line with the specialized decision for the selling and demonstrating of the hot dishes:
“Missouri M heat BM” and “Missouri M heat DS” with the system for maintaining the set temperature rate with hot steam.
The culinary department is complemented by a line of showcases for pizza making according to the original Milanese recipe. A line include specialized module “Missouri M sushi/pizza” and “Missouri M heat HS” which has a marble thermal surface.
Exposition zone of greenery, vegetables and fruits are equipped with a specialized showcase “Louisiana VF”.
