On August 5 in Cherkassy was held the opening of the next outlet in the Delicate commercial network.
The “Hitline” Company has produced and supplied for the new grocery market the whole complex of refrigeration equipment, while its own furniture production has allowed making a décor that emphasizes the unique style and recognizability of the Cherkassy retailer’s establishment. The décor elements in combination with the interior’s range of colors varying from dark brown to milky has created a feeling of comfort and sophistication.
The first thing that the buyer sees at the entrance is a magnificent showing of fruits, vegetables and greens in the refrigerated display cases of the “Missouri VF” with an inclined viewing surface. For storing the stock in the display cases there is a cooled box with drawers provided.
There is an island of refrigerated cabinets “Missouri M” with an impressive products placement and assortment of fresh meat, cheeses, sausages and meat delicacies installed in the main area of the sales area. The display cabinets arrangement is made to consider the conditions for demonstration and sale of each type of products, including the sale of fish on ice in the “Missouri A fish self”.
For frozen products there are low-temperature cabinets “Yukon cube” with superstructures for related products used in the grocery market.
Wall-sited mid-temperature cabinets “Louisiana” with a double air curtain are installed for the sale of dairy products and chilled beverages.
The facility cooling supply is provided with mid-temperature and low-temperature stations on the basis of Copeland scroll compressors with smooth adjustment of performance (Digital Scroll technology), which allows to significantly reduce power consumption. The low-temperature station is equipped with a steam injection system (EVI technology), which also reduces energy consumption and capital costs.
To supervise the operation of the refrigeration equipment and the work efficiency of the service department the facility is equipped with a monitoring system.
